Ballycotton is a small but famous fishing village. Ballycotton has both a lighthouse and a world-famous lifeboat. A rocky spur thrusting out into the sea, its cosy harbour side contrasts with its wild Atlantic cliff side.

We arrived just in time for sunset with the promise of a return visit someday soon.
