Our second trip here this year. it was an early start to beat the rain and make the best of the light available and as per our last visit, worth the effort.

The Clare Glens through which the Clare river flows, is a gorge that has many waterfalls and provides excellent "adventure" walks. The river Clare forms the boundary between Co. Limerick and Co. Tipperary.

Here I go again, I said this the last time - Limerick AND TIPPERARY NR County Councils get off your ass's and clean up the car parks, their filthy. Put some bins out, educate the people on how to use them and encourage them to take their rubbish home. Its a shame when you come to one of the most beautiful parts of the country and the first thing you notice is the filth. Their are bins but by the looks of them they are not being serviced.... shame on you and shame on the morons that just chuck their rubbish anywhere without regard for the environment and other people.
