Past through Clashmore on the way back from somewhere else. A small quite village that is in for some major changes in the next few years. As with a lot of small towns and villages in Ireland they are undergoing a rapid change due to new housing development.

The old Protestant church marks the site of a monastery founded by Mochua, a disciple of St. Carthage of Lismore.
